Owned by Brian and Elspeth Lyall, The Lothian Guest House is a large detached victorian villa situated close to the town centre, ferry and train terminals. Elspeth belongs to this area, and after having been away for 35 years, returned to Stranraer 3 years ago, and reopened Lothian as a guest house just last year.
